Why mindfulness

In these stressful and uncertain times why not do something for ourselves helping to rediscover a sense of well being and happiness, balance and control within our lives, and peace of mind?

 

In contrast, we have all probably encountered moments of “mindlessness”- a loss of awareness resulting in forgetfulness, separation from self and a sense of living mechanically. Restoring a balanced sense of health and wellbeing within ourselves requires an increased awareness of body and mind, heart and soul. MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programmes) is designed to reconnect with this inner capacity for infusing our lives with awareness.
